At PCS Paintwork Specialist, we specialise in caravan structural repairs and paintwork in Lostock Hall, Preston. This Bailey Pegasus Grande project highlights how expert repair techniques can restore even heavily damaged caravans back to their original condition.
Project Overview
This Bailey Pegasus Grande caravan arrived at our Preston workshop with significant corner impact damage. The outer aluminium skin had been torn, and the internal structure was compromised.
Our Process
Structural Rebuild
We removed the damaged outer sections and repaired the internal framework, restoring the caravan’s structural integrity.
Panel & Corner Reconstruction
Using plastic welding and high-quality fillers, we rebuilt the damaged corner and surrounding panels to match the original shape.
Surface Preparation & Paintwork
Once rebuilt, the area was carefully prepared and refinished using colour-matched paint to blend seamlessly with the rest of the caravan.
Graphics Replacement
Original-style decals were sourced and applied to restore the caravan’s original appearance.
The Result:
The completed repair left the caravan looking as it did before the impact, with no visible signs of damage.
If your caravan has been damaged – whether minor or severe – our experienced team is here to help.
